Эксперты отмечают, что мартовский объем спроса существенно проигрывает показателям аналогичных месяцев за прошлые годы. Он оказался на 44,18 процента ниже, чем в первый месяц весны 2022-го и на 53 процента — чем в марте 2021 года.

Ранее сообщалось, что в четвертом квартале 2022 года россияне купили 501 объект недвижимости в Испании. Количество приобретенных лотов стало рекордным за последние два года.
